AI-Assisted VFX Breakdown | Runway, Google Flow & Nuke — Fire Integration

My first attempt at creating an AI-assisted VFX shot, exploring how generative AI can be integrated into a traditional compositing workflow.

**WORKFLOW BREAKDOWN**

**01 — Original Plate**
Source footage from ActionVFX.

**02 — AI Element Creation**
Created a single-frame fire element using Runway Agent.

**03 — AI Video Integration**
Used Google Flow with the generated fire image as a reference to integrate the effect into the footage.

**04 — Nuke Compositing**
Repositioned and aligned the AI-generated output to the original plate, masked the relevant areas, integrated the fire and light interaction, and completed the final grading.

**05 — Final Comp**
The final integrated shot.
